KUALA LUMPUR: About 40 students of a religious school where 25 people died in a fire last year have arrived at former prime minister Najib Razak’s private home here to break fast.
The Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah students arrived at around 7.10pm and were let into the compound by police.
Last year, about 25 people, mostly teenage boys, were killed when a blaze tore through the religious school in Datuk Keramat, in what officials said was one of the country’s worst fire disasters for years.
