Prior to that, Noor Kabir told the court that he understood Bahasa Malaysia, but when questioned by the court interpreter whether he understood the charge that was read out to him, he said he did not fully understand it.
Following which, the court set March 14 for mention in the presence of a Myanmar interpreter.
Noor Kabir was alleged to have attempted to place his penis into the 29-year-old Indonesian man’s mouth twice at his workplace at a barber shop in Kampung Ampang Indah, Ampang, here at 6pm last Feb 5.
