According to the advertisement, the tender is open to any company registered in Malaysia or individual citizen of Malaysia.
The document for the process would also be available from Nov 10 at Wisma Pertahanan, the ministry’s headquarters at Jalan Padang Tembak in Kuala Lumpur.
All bids must be placed into a tender box at Menara TH Selborn in Jalan Tun Razak, KL, and bidders must produce a site visit certificate when purchasing the document.
