In a Facebook Live session, the PKR vice-president explained that he was considering suing Rizal Mansor as the latter had “money and huge financial support”.
“I believe I can win thousands of ringgit in damages which can be channelled to Invoke,” he said, referring to the PKR-linked organisation he founded.
Rizal had previously alleged that Invoke had used public donations to pay KEIP Resources Sdn Bhd for providing human resources-related services to them.
Rizal said checks revealed that Rafizi was a major shareholder of KEIP Resources.
Rafizi, however, said that he had never received a single sen or profited from Invoke or any other company he owned, such as KEIP Resources, which had dealings with Invoke.
“I was never paid a salary or claimed any allowances or reimbursement for monies spent, be it from Invoke or KEIP Resources Sdn Bhd,” Rafizi said.
