According to a report in The Star, the incident which took place at 3pm yesterday is thought to have been a suicide attempt.
The man, who is believed to be a foreign national, was videoed walking along the edge of the 14th floor of a condominium on Jalan P Ramlee.
The report said he was handed over to the police after the rescue.
The video meanwhile has gone viral on social media.
