Sepang police chief ACP Abdul Aziz Ali said visitors at SIC were also reminded not to bring drugs or dangerous weapons to the race or the Scorpions concert this weekend.
“Just enjoy the music,” he told a media conference at the Sepang police headquarters here yesterday.
Abdul Aziz gave the reminders to prevent a recurrence of an incident earlier this month when nine Australians stripped to their swimming trunks bearing the Malaysian flag while witnessing the Formula One race.
He also reminded MotoGP spectators to park their vehicles at the designated areas to prevent thefts or break-ins.
The 17th round of the MotoGP at SIC will held from Oct 29-30 and tickets are reportedly sold out.
Apart from MotoGP, the German band, Scorpions, will be holding its 50th anniversary concert at SIC.
