PETALING JAYA:
There’s nothing that makes Malaysians prouder than having one of their own make it big in the tough international market and the popularity of singing sensation Yuna is no exception.

After making headlines when she collaborated with singing great Usher on the song Crush, Yuna is turning heads yet again now that her song All I Do was featured as the soundtrack on the much-awaited pilot episode of the ever popular Grey’s Anatomy Season 13.

According to a news report on Astro Awani, the pilot episode was aired by ABC in the US on Sept 22.

All I Do is the last track of Yuna’s third international album and is a ballad she sings in collaboration with composer David Foster, himself a Grammy Award winner.

The ballad comes on during a scene in the episode when main character Dr Meredith Grey, played by Ellen Pompeo, reveals the individual who actually hit Andrew DeLuca, another character in the series.

Besides its endearing characters, Grey’s Anatomy has made many an artiste even more popular once their songs were featured in its episodes.

The popularity of Adele’s Chasing Pavement was off the charts after the song was played in an episode on Grey’s Anatomy a few years back.

Well Yuna, it’s your time to shine now!
