KUALA LUMPUR: A downpour in the Klang Valley this evening caused a massive jam at the intersection near the Subang clock tower heading towards the Batu Tiga toll.

A Selangor Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said the heavy rain, which began about 5pm today, caused the water on the road to rise to about 0.3 metres.

“However, the water level receded about 6.50pm,” he said when contacted by Bernama here today.

He said the motorcycle path along the Federal Highway was also affected with water rising as high as one metre.
