PETALING JAYA: A bank’s routine was disrupted by a telephone call claiming a bomb had been planted at its office in Jalan Seenivasagam, Ipoh, today.
The call came in about 11.45 am and police were alerted.
Star Online said 30 police officers, including a bomb squad, a forensics team and K9 dog unit, were sent to the bank to investigate.
All 80 workers in the building were evacuated until the “all clear” was given by police.
