
Perak DAP chairman Nga Kor Ming said with this proactive move, the EC could avoid confusion among voters, especially when there is an election.
“We urge the EC to at least write a letter to inform the voters of any changes.
“Putting up the electoral roll in certain places has not been effective, I can say less than one per cent view them,” he told the media at Wisma DAP Perak here today.
Normally, the EC will display the Supplementary Electoral Roll on a quarterly basis for 14 days in several places such as the state election offices, computerised post offices; government complexes/offices; district offices/land offices and district/municipal councils.
