Petaling Jaya District Police Chief ACP Mohd Zani Che Din said the 33-year-old victim, who worked as a food delivery man, was found by the public in a pool of blood with slash wounds on the head, abdomen, elbow and back at the park at 7am.
“We believe the victim was attacked by more than one person with sharp objects and we also found two motorcycles nearby.
“The victim may have been with a friend during the incident and we are tracing the victim’s friends to assist with investigations,” he told reporters when met at the scene today.
Mohd Zani said the case was being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
“Anyone who has witnessed or has any information about the incident may come forward to the nearest police station to assist the police investigation,” he said.
