‘Superman’ stunt on m-cycle lands him in jail

Factory operator sentenced to 3 days’ jail and fined RM5,000, in default three months’ jail, for his stunt on motorcycle on the Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway.

KUALA LUMPUR:
Another hell rider was jailed and fined by the Magistrate’s Court here today for riding his motorcycle in a dangerous manner.

Factory operator Muhammad Badrishah Zulkiflly was sentenced to three days’ jail and fined RM5,000, in default three months’ jail, after he pleaded guilty to the charge by doing a “Superman” act on his motorcycle.

Magistrate Noorul Fhaiez Mohd Nayan, when handing down the sentence, also suspended his licence for two years.

She ordered Muhammad Badrishah to serve the jail sentence from today.

Muhammad Badrishah, 20,was charged with riding a Yamaha 110SS motorcycle in a dangerous manner by stretching both his legs to the back, an act which endangered himself and other road users, on the Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway at 5pm last May 15.

Prosecuting Officer Noor Jazilah Mohd Yushaa prosecuted, while Muhammad Badrishah was unrepresented.
