He said he and his son were also accused of corruption by the Pandan MP before but the claims had yet to be proven until now.
Commenting on how Rafizi blocked Rizal Mansor, aide to the prime minister’s wife, from attending a press conference in Kuala Kangsar today, Nazri said the PKR man was not one to be trusted.
“When you make accusations, let those accused defend themselves. It is clear that his accusations were not justified. Rizal had information.
“Rafizi is a liar. He said I was corrupt and then he left for a vacation to Hong Kong. Then he got chased out as he did not have any right to carry out the investigation.
“In the end, there was no case against me or my son. He is a big liar. The biggest liar,” he told a press conference at Sungai Nibong here today.
Today, Rizal complained that Rafizi blocked him from entering his (Rafizi’s) scheduled press conference in Kuala Kangsar.
Rizal was seen at the Amanah headquarters in Kuala Kangsar so that he could answer the PKR secretary-general’s claims on Rosmah’s recent use of a private jet.
Nazri concluded that Rafizi, who is lauded by the Opposition as a champion of democracy and transparency, had failed.
“In his version of democracy, only he can talk and no one else can.”
