BUKIT MERTAJAM: Former DAP member David Marshel has arrived at the Seberang Perai vocational college ahead of his nomination as an independent candidate for the Perai seat.
Marshel came with an entourage of 60 people chanting “Reject the emperor! Reject Lim Guan Eng! Save Chow Kon Yeow! We want working people, not wealthy people!”
The former Seberang Perai city councilor is expected to be in a four cornered contest against S Sundarajoo (Pakatan Harapan-DAP), R Sivasuntaram (Perikatan Nasional-Gerakan), and H Vikneswary (Muda).
