
‘The Witcher’ will get a third season, plus a first look at images from season 2
Ahead of the release of the second season of “The Witcher,” Netflix used its virtual TUDUM event to unveil two never-before-seen clips with Henry Cavill.
In addition to the official trailer, fans of the epic “Game of Thrones” series were able to catch up with Kristofer Hivju as Nivellen in a first look at the sequel to the adventures of Geralt of Rivia.
Netflix also used the event to announce the miniseries “The Witcher: Blood Origin.”
This prequel to the literary saga “The Witcher” will take place 1200 years before the events of the series “The Witcher” and will feature the actress Sophia Brown.
Although no date has been announced, the six-part miniseries is expected to air during 2022 before the third season of “The Witcher,” which has already been announced.
Exclusive scenes from the movies ‘Red Notice’ and ‘Don’t Look Up’
This is one of the platform’s most highly-anticipated films this season. Starring three of Hollywood’s hottest actors – Gal Gadot, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Ryan Reynolds, comedy action movie “Red Notice” was featured with the unveiling of an exclusive clip.
The action scene shows Gal Gadot taking the lead and emphasizes the film’s humorous tone. The film is expected to be available on Netflix on Nov 12.
Netflix also provided fans with a look at a preview of its upcoming comedy-drama, “Don’t Look Up,” which brings together a host of big names in cinema.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Jennifer Lawrence and Meryl Street appear in a surreal clip that sees them trying to save the world from an upcoming comet collision with Earth. Adam McKay’s film will be released on December 24.
New images from season 4 of ‘Stranger Things’ plus the last chapter of ‘Money Heist’
The platform’s signature series were obviously in the spotlight with two of Netflix’s biggest successes.
While an exact date for the release of the fourth season of “Stranger Things” has yet to be revealed, impatient fans did get a look at new images featuring the show’s iconic characters.

With the first part of season 5 airing in early September, the series “Money Heist” (“La Casa de Papel”) will return on Dec 3 for a final battle.
In the meantime, Netflix is trying to make the wait easier for fans by screening an exclusive clip in which we see Lisbon, Rio, Denver, Stockholm, Manila and Palermo discussing the fate of the gold and what to do next while the Professor has disappeared.
‘Sex Education’ already renewed for a fourth season plus the return of “Bridgerton”
Season 3 of “Sex Education” had barely dropped on September 17 when Netflix announced a fourth instalment of the adventures of our favourite students.
Meanwhile Simone Ashley, one of the actresses in “Sex Education,” will join the cast for the second season of “Bridgerton,” for which a first glimpse was shared. The drop of those episodes is scheduled for some time in 2022.
Launch dates for season 2 of ‘Tiger King’ and ‘Emily in Paris’
On September 23, Netflix revealed a host of upcoming documentaries for its platform including a sequel to its 2020 hit, “Tiger King.” Two days later, Netflix announced that the official launch date would be Nov 17.
On a more glamorous note, the comedy “Emily in Paris” will also return before the holidays, on Dec 22.
The series, which made headlines and caused controversy for portraying the city of Paris in an idyllic, unrealistic light, will once again star the very chic Lily Collins.
