After four movies and two spin-offs, the world of “John Wick” is coming to Las Vegas. Like “Beetlejuice,” the “Harry Potter” franchise or “The Lord of the Rings,” it’s now the famous hitman’s turn to open the doors to his world, by offering an unprecedented immersive experience at Area15 in Las Vegas.
Stepping through the doors of the John Wick Experience is no ordinary visit. As you cross the threshold of the John Wick Las Vegas Continental, you’ll embark on an action-packed mission, where every choice matters and every encounter adds to the experience.
The Manager and John Wick Las Vegas Continental staff await your arrival – are they friend or foe? You’ll have to roll the dice and decide quickly – or face the consequences,” reads the event’s official website.
While the content of this escape room adventure remains a mystery for the time being, players will have to form groups to attempt to complete their mission.
Fans can take comfort from the fact that the films’ director himself, Chad Stahelski, was involved in the game’s creation.
“In the films, Chad Stahelski has created a complex, alternate reality with exquisite design, deep mythological influence and meticulous action,” said Jenefer Brown, EVP and head of Global Products and Experiences at Lionsgate.
“The most important part of creating this experience was honouring that and making sure that our guests truly feel like they are part of the world of the films. The experience delivers wholeheartedly on that promise, and we are excited to share it with fans.”

To take part in the escape game, participants must comply with a few rules, the first of which is to be at least 18 years of age. For minors, an authorization signed by a legal guardian is required, as well as the presence of an adult for those under 16.
Tickets cost US$49.99 for a session that can accommodate up to 12 people. Die-hard fans can pay US$69.99 for VIP access, offering private access to the experience, and up to US$99.99 for a package including two cocktails, goodies and discounts in the gift store. Bookings are open now.
Launched in 2014, the “John Wick” movie franchise, starring Keanu Reeves, has proved a hit with audiences.
The four movies have a combined US$1 billion in worldwide box office grosses.
The universe will expand on June 6 with the theatrical release of the spin-off “Ballerina,” starring Ana de Armas. The story is set between the third and fourth instalments of John Wick’s adventures.
