When Anelyn’s veterinary husband Dr Clement Anthony died, she was crushed by the loss and at odds with what to do with his practice in Taman Tun Dr Ismail here.
“Dr Anthony didn’t just care for pets; he cared for their ‘parents’ too. He’d take the time to discuss things thoroughly. He was very generous with his time,” shared Efi, a long-time client of the clinic.
The two women’s commitment to carrying on the legacy of the late doctor resulted in them opening a pet lifestyle store called TTDI Pawsome Paradise.
“We want to maintain this same brand of service, integrity and that personal touch. We aim to meet your individual needs,” Efi added at the grand opening of the store recently.
“We didn’t want my almost 20 years of experience as a vet assistant and then a vet nurse to be for nothing. And I thought it best – combined with Efi’s decades of love and experience as a pet parent, and her business consulting skills – to make that change,” Anelyn explained.
As pet parents themselves, both Efi and Anelyn understand what their fellow pet enthusiasts want.
From staying updated on the latest trends in pet products to offering essential wellness, grooming, and boarding services for cats and dogs, they strive to provide an all-encompassing experience for pet parenthood.
“With Anelyn as our in-house vet nurse, she can offer advice on the best food and products for your pet. We also conduct wellness checks and assist with post-surgery care if you’ve seen the vet beforehand,” Efi explained.
Their first-hand knowledge and empathy set TTDI Pawsome Paradise apart, ensuring every customer feels not just satisfied, but genuinely cared for.

Delving into aromatherapy and herbology since 2005, Efi’s expertise shines through. She’s been a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists since 2015 and has specialised in animal-specific aromatherapy for years.
“We offer general blends for the serum and spray, but I prefer if you come in, make an appointment, and share your pet’s specific issues. Based on your requirements, I can create a personalised blend that’s more beneficial,” Efi elaborated, emphasising the tailored approach.
Yet, perhaps the most enchanting aspect of this pet lifestyle store is its welcoming atmosphere.
Far more than just a retail space, the store aims to serve as a community hub where pet lovers can gather to share stories, seek advice, and forge lasting connections.
