Danielle, Este and Alana Haim have now announced that they will hold a virtual live performance to give British fans a taste of the long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s “Something To Tell You.”
Taking place on July 3 at 7 pm BST, the event will also include a discussion with the co-producers of their new album, Rostam Batmanglij and Ariel Rechtshaid.
“The mantra of this record is all about being fearless… feel like there are so many times when there’s that voice in your head going.
“‘Be scared, be scared, stop, stop, stop,’ and with this record, we’ve shut that thing off so if one of us is like that, I have two sisters who say, ‘Keep going,'” HAIM said of “Women In Music PtTickets for the event are limited and are only available to purchase through Banquet Records.
A portion of the proceeds of “A Night with HAIM” will be donated to the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust, which works with “young people from disadvantaged backgrounds aged 13 to 30 to broaden their view of what’s possible.”
Last March, the sister trio first promoted “Women In Music Pt. III” in a series of concerts at select delis across the United States.
“Our first show ever was at canter’s deli in 2000 so we decided we want to play shows at different delis across America to celebrate our new record.
“We’ve never done anything like this before so let’s all get together and eat some matzo ball soup and we’ll play you some songs live. Maybe some new ones??” they wrote at the time on Instagram.
