The founder of the Qu Puteh beauty products said she had met the man, who is in his early 30s, while celebrating Hari Raya at her home in Ipoh, Perak, recently.
The cosmetics millionaire said they had known each other for several months and had only talked on the telephone.
Dr Vida, 46, said recently she had invited the man to her house to celebrate Hari Raya.
“I was surprised as I did not think he would come from so far away. So I introduced him to my family,” she told mStar, The Star’s Malay portal.
She said the man was young, hansome, stylish, had grey eyes, blonde hair and was a businessman.
“I think he is on par with David Beckham,” said the mother of four, adding that he fitted her criteria of a good husband.
“However, for now, we were still getting to know each other,” said the singer of the song “I Am Me”.
Dr Vida said she did not want to rush into any commitment as she was still traumatised from her last short-lived marriage.
“Let us be friends first. If he is fated to be my soulmate, who am I to reject it,” mStar quoted Dr Vida as saying.
However, Dr Vida refused to divulge the nationality of the man.
“Let it stay a secret. When I am ready, I will let everyone know,” she said.
According to media reports, the cosmetics millionaire has received about 50 marriage proposals from local and foreign suitors from countries such as Finland and Scotland.
