Traveloka looking for top talent from SEA’s top varsities

Tech and travel market leader in Indonesia wants to tap best graduates with outstanding academic and leadership qualities.

Traveloka, Indonesia’s fastest-growing tech company that provides online booking service for flights and hotels, is calling all fresh graduates from top universities across Southeast Asia to be part of the company’s International Analytics Development Program.

Through this program, Traveloka aims to recruit the best graduates who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance and leadership qualities, and also ranked in the top 10% of their class as proven by academic transcript.

The registration period is open until June 24, 2016. To be considered for the programme, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or a quantitative field of study from top local/overseas universities.

Both fresh graduates and candidates with less than two years of work experience are welcomed to apply. For those interested in joining the programme, they can send their CV directly to [email protected] .

Candidates who are select ed will attend a 6-month intensive programme to learn a wide array and in-depth of analytical skills from facilitators from Traveloka and Google, which will be held at Traveloka ‘s headquarters in Jakarta.

During the programme, candidates will be rotated through multiple performance marketing functions. They will manage and execute various part of the company’s growth campaigns, and contribute to accelerating its business growth.

By joining the programme they will engage in various challenging tasks such as crunching and analysing large amount of numbers and data, managing and executing various marketing campaigns in multiple channels, and generating useful marketing insights.

After completing the programme, the best candidates will take part in accelerating the online travel growth of their own home country.

This programme is the continuation of a pilot programme launched by Traveloka in 2015, the “Search Engine Marketing Development Programme”, which attracted hundreds of qualified applicants from top universities in Indonesia.

Participants who successfully completed the programme went on to be part of the team that helped Traveloka’s tremendous growth.
