Sugar and dairy products cut off good vitamins in body

Swiss expert says almost 60% of humans are allergic to dairy protein but never realise it.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sugar and dairy products are categorised as the two most damaging “items” for the human body as they cut off good vitamins in the body.

Swiss medical expert Dr Thomas Rau said sugar did not only cause diabetes but could be the reason for cancer cells to grow.

“Sugar is a processed food. It is not healthy and harmful for the body. The daily carbohydrate that we consume is enough for the body to work as it already contains sugar.

“The daily intake of white sugar should be zero while for brown sugar you may take just about 2% only,” he said at his public talk here, today.

Dr Rau, who treats his patients using biological medicine, said almost 60% of humans were allergic to dairy protein but never realised it.

He said this was because the symptoms were not shown just by vomiting but through susceptibility of infection at all times.

“The immune system of people who are dairy intolerant will get disturbed as dairy intolerance takes so much of their immune system to work against the intolerance.

“In the end, they don’t have an immune system left for other uses,” he said.

Through biological medicine, a system of diagnostic and therapeutic methods that focuses on the body’s own regulatory mechanisms, Dr Rau said patients were treated by using three pillars — detoxification (restoration of regulation), building up the immune system and rebuilding the organ.

However, results of the treatment provided would vary depending on the types of diseases, he said.

In his talk, the medical director of Switzerland-based Paracelsus Clinic said the most frequent cause of diseases such as diabetes and coronary heart was due to toxicity that blocked the regulation and healing capacity of the body.

An example of such a toxic substance was mercury that could lead to various health issues, including neurological, mental and skin problems.
