
The lingerie maker was embroiled in an internal dispute earlier this year, which was resolved when the Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled that the resolutions made at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on June 15 were valid.
That EGM saw the appointment of four new directors and the removal of the then board members.
The current Caely board comprises those who were appointed on Aug 29 following the High Court ruling.
Caely wants the police to investigate if there are any elements of crime and misconduct that may have resulted in losses to the company and possible concealment of wrongdoing by members of the previous board.
