Wushu exponent Choon How wins Malaysia’s 1st SEA Games gold

PETALING JAYA:
Loh Choon How is the toast of Malaysia after winning the country’s first gold medal of the Manila SEA Games today.

The wushu exponent aced men’s taijiquan event, garnering 9.68 points to finish ahead of silver medallist Wong Zheng Yu (9.59) of Brunei.

Homester Daniel Parantac took bronze, picking up 9.56 points.

Choon How’s success helps Malaysia keep hold of the title won by Loh Jack Chang at KL 2017.
