DK-MY Properties to develop seven projects with GDV of RM4.5bil by 2025

The developer believes the recovering property market will see a rise in home buyers and investors for its projects.

The Suite is designed to enhance co-working and co-living space by incorporating smart-home technologies.
PETALING JAYA:
Property developer, DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd will launch seven commercial and residential projects in the Klang Valley with a gross development value (GDV) of RM4.5 billion, by 2025.

The developer will kick-start these projects with the launch of The Suite, a co-working and co-living space incorporating smart-home technologies. The development was awarded the Best Hybrid Development at Property Insight’s Prestigious Developer Awards 2019.

Another significant project that will be launched this year is a 1.06-acre freehold commercial development in Bandar Sri Damansara, featuring 492 units of co-living and working suites under the concept of affordable-luxurious homes.

Danny Koek, managing director of DK-MY Properties sees strong signs of recovery in the real estate industry in the first half of 2022, with more Malaysians turning to the housing market for investment and home ownership.

“We believe that our project pipeline encompassing residential and commercial segments will deliver great value to homeowners and investors and ensure sustainability in the development where communities can thrive,” he added.

DK-MY Properties is also committed to preserving the environment in their project developments. One of the projects that amplifies this is an ultra low-density residential project in Cheras that sits on 28 acres of forest at Ketumbar Hill.

The project preserves the area’s reputation as the go-to hiking hotspot, ensuring the sustainability of nature is well maintained at the same time promoting work-life balance where residents can enjoy a pleasant loop trail and forest view.

Also in the pipeline, are the mixed-use development SSTwo Mall, an urban wellness living concept mall and D’Twist, a technology-driven mall, planned to host the deepest indoor diving pool in the world.

Its project in Mont Kiara, D’Immersione is slated to be completed by Q1 2024. The mixed-development project has a GDV of RM1.08 billion.
