
The civil engineering specialist said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia that the project entails the enhancement of the sewage system and associated infrastructure in Perbandaran Ketengah Jaya, Bukit Besi, and Seri Bandi Phase III, Terengganu.
The project commenced on July 29, with completion anticipated by June 13, 2027.
Minetech executive chairman Abang Abdillah Izzarim said the company will continue to actively secure major projects and expand its footprint in the infrastructure sector, including civil engineering and water treatment.
“We are also looking forward to exploring future opportunities in Sarawak where we aim to drive growth and deliver positive results,” he added.
At the close of trading, Minetech’s share price was up by 0.5 sen or 3.70% at 14 sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM 250 million.
