PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has issued an unusual market activity (UMA) query to Microlink Solutions Bhd (Microlink) following the sharp fall in the price of its shares today.
At the close today, the counter hit the limit down, as the share price shed 30 sen, or 36.14%, to 53 sen, with 13.41 million shares transacted.
“Investors are advised to take note of the company’s reply to the above UMA query, which will be posted on Bursa Malaysia’s website under the ‘Company Announcements’ section when making their investment decision,” the exchange said in a statement today.
Microlink is a technology solutions provider and system integrator company focussed on financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector.
