
At lunch break, Widad shares dipped 52.04% or 25.5 sen to 23.5 sen from 49 sen at yesterday’s close, with 124.99 million shares traded.
“Investors are advised to take note of the company’s reply to the above UMA query which will be posted on Bursa’s website under the company announcements,” the exchange said in a filing today.
Widad Group is an investment holding company that is principally involved in construction activities and integrated facilities management services, according to its official website.
As at 3.15pm, Widad’s share price was down by 30 sen or 61.22% at 19 sen giving it a market capitalisation of RM582.4 million.
