However, PKNS deputy CEO (management and entrepreneurship) Suhaimi Kasdon said the projection is subject to current market conditions.
“This year’s projects involve more than 5,000 housing units in several locations, including in Shah Alam, Kota Puteri, Kuala Selangor and Antara Gapi, Rawang,” he told reporters after launching the Discover PKNS 2023 Campaign here today.
He said the campaign will be implemented in five locations starting this Saturday until Oct 29 namely Kota Puteri, Antara Gapi, Selangor Cyber Valley, Cyberjaya; PKNS Complex and at the Shah Alam Convention Centre here.
“Discover PKNS 2023 is a campaign in the form of a carnival that acts as a platform to promote PKNS projects involving the local community in addition to the participation of PKNS’ strategic partners.
Through the campaign, it was also possible to increase sales of PKNS products and strengthen relationships with existing home buyers, potential buyers, community leaders, banks, and vendors in the townships developed by PKNS.
He said two campaign series last year namely Discover Aurora and Discover Azhara had achieved the set targets, hence PKNS would continue similar campaigns and include all PKNS townships.
