Capital A’s share price drops as MAG confirms injunction filing

Capital A Bhd’s share price on Bursa Malaysia fell by 0.5 sen to 74 sen after the Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) confirmed that it has filed an injunction to stop AirAsia from selling Malaysia Airlines tickets.

At 11.40am, 6.28 million units of its shares were traded.

Yesterday, MAG group managing director Izham Ismail said the group had filed the injunction to stop AirAsia from selling Malaysia Airlines tickets on its airasia SuperApp.

The injunction was filed in 2022, and the hearing is scheduled to be held in August this year.
