The power generation facility turned shopping mall will feature more than 100 shops, bars, restaurants, offices and leisure venues, according to Battersea Power Station Development Company CEO Simon Murphy.
A consortium comprising Sime Darby Property, SP Setia and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) own the project while Permodalan Nasional Bhd and EPF have been the long-term commercial asset holders since 2019.
Murphy said that among the brands that are setting up shop at the Battersea Power Station are Ace + Tate, lululemon, Theory, Castore, Hackett and Zara. It will also host a 24,000 square-foot arcade food hall, opening next year.
The shopping mall is easily accessible via Uber Boat by Thames Clippers river bus service, bike, train and on foot, and is expected to draw visitors from across the British capital and the globe.
