Sime Darby Property records more than RM600mil GDV in latest campaign

Existing stock constituted 62% of total sales.

Sime Darby Property’s sales bookings recorded during the ‘Raya Yang Dinantikan 2022’ campaign had a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
KUALA LUMPUR:
Sime Darby Property Bhd’s (SDP) ‘Raya Yang Dinantikan 2022’ campaign raked in sales bookings with a gross development value (GDV) of RM637 million.

The campaign ran from April 15 to May 31, 2022.

In a statement today, group managing director, Azmir Merican thanked the loyal customers for their support, adding that the healthy sales bookings recorded during the campaign had a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, with over 60% of the bookings coming from existing stock.

The company’s existing stocks, with a combined GDV of RM394 million, constituted 62% of total sales bookings, while the new launch products with a GDV of RM243 million contributed the rest.
