KUALA LUMPUR: Che Lodin Wok Kamaruddin has stepped down as the group managing director of Boustead Holdings Bhd and relinquished his posts in the group’s listed subsidiaries.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Boustead said Lodin, 69, resigned due to an early mutual termination of his service agreement with the company effective from Dec 31, 2018.
Following his exit from Boustead, he has also resigned as chairman of Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Bhd (BHIC) and Pharmaniaga Bhd as well as vice-chairman of Boustead Plantations Bhd from the same date.
Earlier this year, Lodin stepped down as CEO of the Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT), which is Boustead’s largest shareholder with a direct interest of 59.4%.
